I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
Sessions will go beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.
A Health Coach is different from a medical practitioner, Naturopath, Dietitian or Nutritionist because coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any diseases. I encourage you to read some of the testimonials on how I have helped coach women to balance their hormones and recover from chronic stress.

Lunch & Learn Workshops serves as a first step in allowing you to improve workplace health in a fun and informative environment for the discussion of healthy living.
The workshop run for 1 hour and can be delivered during lunchtime to promote health and wellness in the workplace. These workshops can help your employees to:
