My 1 to 6 month online health programs are specifically designed for women to detox, shape up and balance their hormones:
A 30 day detox program to help support detox your life inside and out and start reaping the health benefits of clean living.
Shape Up Program
A 1 to 3 month shape up program to help you shape up and release the unwanted weight that could be weighing you down and damaging your health.
A 3 to 6 month program to help support you to balance your hormones during the menstrual and menopausal years.
Each program includes:
- Weekly check-in calls as your mentor and ongoing support via email or FB messenger (these are not health coaching sessions)
- Nutritional support products targeting detoxing, weight release and balancing hormones
- Food list and menu plans
- Daily health journal
- Exercise guide
