Outside of providing corporate health coaching as part of the tailored corporate wellness programs, I also provide private 1:1 holistic health coaching for working mums.

With a history of anxiety and panic attacks as well as experiencing burnout in my corporate job, I discovered one of the contributing factors to my mental health was my unbalanced hormones.

As a result of being able to make dietary and lifestyle changes in combination with working with my own coach, I have a passion for helping women heal from chronic stress and burnout and particularly working mums by living in alignment with their menstrual cycle so they can thrive in their careers and motherhood journey.

“Before I started working with Merly, although my period is regular, I was experiencing headaches, abdominal and gum pain as well as extreme mood swings and feeling ultra-sensitive emotionally. My sleep was deep but short and abrupt. I would often wake up at 3 am or 5.30 am because I was stressed and exercising very little if at all. I was also craving a lot of sugar.

I’m halfway through my coaching program and I’m feeling less stressed and more capable in achieving my goals.
