How does a health coach differ from other health professionals?
A Health Coach is different from a medical practitioner, Naturapath, Dietitian or Nutritionist because coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any diseases.
Health coaches can work in collaboration with your health practitioner to support you to implement food and lifestyle changes over a 6 month program.

What can I expect during my initial consultation?
It is a meeting between a Health Coach and client to get to know each other and determine whether or not they want to work together. The session will be 1 hour and if will be a review of the health history of the client.
The session can take place in person, via Zoom or over the phone.
